Rehabilitation of Existing Facilities.
b.

listed as a hazardous chemical [ Askarel (PCB)
Tetrachloroethylene, and Freon 113] the following will be
observed:
(a)
The dielectric will be verified.
(b)
A cost-risk analysis for each structure
will be made.
(c) Where the cost-risk analysis requires
elimination of the risk, retrofitting of transformers and
capacitors will be specified in-lieu-of retrofilling.
(d) For those facilities which are mandatory
elimination of the risk.
