(3) SCAPS districts will provide data in the form of panel
plots. Final reports and data interpretation may be a
collaborative effort between SCAPS and customer districts and
will depend on project requirements (scope of work), funding, and
schedule requirements.
6. Action. Recommend district technical staff make a
determination regarding SCAPS applicability to all projects
scheduled for intrusive activities, before commencement of field
activities. If assistance is needed contact a SCAPS Operating
District as noted in Appendix A.
